We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

X3 APPAREL ONLY OFFERS EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR CLOTHING PIECE, AND STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Items must be in *original condition with tag attached within 14 days to receive store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. X3 APPAREL does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. 

When package is received, X3 Apparel will contact you via email to give you the store credit code.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.

 

I haven't received a store credit for my return?

If you have not received store credit for your return within a few days of returning the package, please email us so we can speed the process up for you.

I’m missing an item or my items arrived damaged or with a defect!

Please email us  as soon as possible with images attached. Please email as soon as possible. We will not accept claims if a week has passed from delivery date.
